pgknbd Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the pgknbd platform and its related services. These Terms form a legal agreement between pgknbd ("Company", "we", "us") and registered users of the platform ("User", "you", "Player").

pgknbd operates a safe and reliable online gaming platform for Bangladeshi players. The platform provides services across casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and many other categories.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to register on and play on the pgknbd platform. This platform is intended for users aged 21 and above only. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account termination and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Terms

• Only one account per person is permitted.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• A valid personal email address and an active mobile number are required for registration.
• Any changes to your personal details must be reported to pgknbd support promptly.
• Opening an account in the name of an organisation or on behalf of another person is not permitted.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

pgknbd may at any time request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method to verify a user's identity. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal being put on hold.

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account. pgknbd will not be held responsible if account details are shared with a third party.

3.2 Multiple Accounts

Creating more than one account for the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses earned will be considered void. Whether the original deposited funds are refunded will be decided on a case-by-case review.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each payment method.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposited funds must come only from the account registered to that user — third-party payments are not accepted.
• All transactions will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held pending until identity verification is complete.
• Withdrawals will not be approved if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

pgknbd offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (15 times the bonus amount). Withdrawal is not possible before the wagering requirement is met. Winnings earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been fulfilled.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• pgknbd reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or IP address are not permitted.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

pgknbd is committed to ensuring fair and transparent gaming. All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.2 Betting Rules

• Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, the Company's decision is final.
• Detailed rules for cricket, football, or other sports betting can be found in the relevant section.
• pgknbd reserves the right to investigate if unusual betting patterns are detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pgknbd platform:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or attempt to hack any system.
• Playing games using bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Using another user's account credentials or attempting to access another user's account.
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate betting outcomes.
• Filing chargebacks or making false claims against pgknbd.

pgknbd's VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement through VIP tiers is determined by a user's gaming activity. pgknbd reserves the right to change the benefits, terms, or structure of the VIP program at any time. Cashback benefits are credited directly to the account and may be subject to their own wagering requirements.

pgknbd strives to maintain the highest service standards, however the Company is not responsible for the following:

• Game interruptions caused by loss of internet connection or issues with the user's device.
• Processing delays by third-party payment providers.
• Service unavailability due to force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or security failures.
• Losses arising from cyberattacks or unauthorised access by a third party.

Under no circumstances shall pgknbd's liability exceed the total amount of that specific transaction made by the user.

pgknbd gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure. Personal information will never be sold to third parties.

11.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time via our live chat support or email. All pending bonus conditions and transactions must be settled before the account is closed.

11.2 Closure at pgknbd's Discretion

In the event of a breach of these Terms, pgknbd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice. Whether deposited funds are returned will be determined based on a review of the reason for closure.

If a dispute arises between pgknbd and a user, the following process must be followed:

• Step 1: Contact the support team via 24/7 live chat or email and describe the issue.
• Step 2: The support team will propose a resolution within 7 business days of receiving the complaint.
• Step 3: If the matter is not resolved through support, it will be escalated to senior management.

If a chargeback or external legal action is taken before a final decision is reached, the account will be suspended immediately.

pgknbd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or through a notice on the platform.

If you continue to use the platform after a notice has been issued, you will be considered to have accepted the updated terms. The latest terms will always be available on this page.
